Ingredients: Long Grain Enriched Parboiled White Rice (Rice Enriched With Iron [Ferric Orthophosphate], Niacin, Thiamine [Thiamine Mononitrate], Folic Acid), Chicken Flavor (Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Maltodextrin, Granulated Onion, Chicken Fat, Natural Flavor, Silicon Dioxide [As Anticaking Agent], Granulated Garlic, Spices, Parsley), Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Granulated Garlic, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Dehydrate Green Bell Pepper, Coriander, Yellow No. 5, Silicon Dioxide (As Anticaking Agent), and Annatto. 7 Oz Seafood Can--Cuttlefish, Sweet Peas, Hake, Sunflower Seed Oil, Mussels, Pimientos, Cockles, Onions, Tomato, Spices and Brine.
Directions:
Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan, bring 3 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Add contents of rice packet and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, corn oil or butter. Stir. 2. Boil for 1 minute, cover lightly, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Stir rice and serve. Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
