Directions:
Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan, bring 3 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Add contents of rice packet and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, corn oil or butter. Stir. 2. Boil for 1 minute, cover lightly, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Stir rice and serve. Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
