This Product is shipped from Puerto Rico. Supermarkets are visited daily to complete orders with the greatest freshness of the product. The shipment is made by USPS Priority Mail and arrives between 3 to 5 days once it has been sent. We are not responsible for the handling and delay of the package; it is the responsibility of USPS. You must read and understand these terms if you chose to make the purchase.

Weekend Deliveries: Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends in many states. Therefore, perishable items are shipped only from Monday to Thursday to prevent weekend transit delays.
Product Freshness and Responsibility: We ensure that all perishable products are fresh when shipped. However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, we cannot take responsibility for any damage to perishable goods caused by extended transit times beyond our control. Choosing faster shipping options, such as UPS Next Day, is highly recommended to preserve the quality of your perishable items.
Delays: While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please understand that unexpected delays can occur due to holidays, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns on edible products. In the event that a shipment is lost, the customer can submit the claim directly to El Colmadito Criollo, and we will handle the claim with USPS or UPS keeping the customer informed throughout the process. A claim can take between 10 to 30 working days, depending on the service agency. Once the claim is completed, the customer may choose to receive a store credit, a refund, or have the product reshipped, as per their request.
